Eligible pregnant and postpartum women receive expedited admission into Crossroads Detox and/or the Crossroads Residential program. A designated substance abuse case manager works with each client to coordinate the referral, pre-admission and treatment process, and continues to work with the mother throughout aftercare and continuing care during the postpartum period. For opioid-dependent pregnant women, the Crossroads substance abuse case manager also assists with coordination of appropriate medication stabilization services.
