Fees and Insurance

Treatment Costs

The final cost of alcohol and drug addiction treatment is customized for each individual based on the services received, the level of care required and the length of stay in each program. For our inpatient and residential programs, a deposit of approximately 50% is requested at the time of admission.

Insurance Coverage

A large percentage of major insurance policies may cover a portion of your treatment costs, which vary from person to person and depend on your specific policy. David Lawrence Center is typically an in-network provider for the following insurance companies, although some contracts may vary and this does not guarantee that services will be authorized. This list is subject to change and may not be all-inclusive:

May not include coverage for Residential Treatment

In some cases, out-of-network benefits may be used to cover treatment costs. Because insurance coverage and reimbursement for addiction treatment can be complex, we encourage you to let our skillful admission staff work with you and your insurance company directly to determine your eligibility.

Even with insurance coverage, you are responsible for your deductible, non-covered services, co-pays and/or co-insurance, and you will be asked for a portion of those fees at the time of admission. Don’t let cost be a barrier to seeking the treatment you need to make a powerful difference in your life. Our dedicated staff will work with you to develop a viable financial plan for you and/or your loved one.

Financial Assistance and Financing Options

As a not-for-profit provider, David Lawrence Center offers a state-mandated, sliding fee scale for eligible residents of southwest and central Florida who are in need of financial assistance. The cost of your treatment will be determined by household income and the number of individuals in the household. A portion of your discounted program costs are due at the time of admission. For additional financing options for treatment, you may wish to consider seeking the assistance of a medical loan company such as fundmydoctor.com.
