Admissions

At Crossroads, we understand that making a decision to seek treatment can, at times, be challenging. Our team is committed to supporting you throughout this process and we strive to make the process simple and timely.

Once you have taken the thoughtful step of reaching out for services at Crossroads, it is the role of our Admission Specialist to do everything possible to make it easy for you to get the help you need, and at the time you need it. Our admission process begins before you even set foot on our campus in order to make the transition into treatment as smooth as possible.

Our caring and supportive team will walk you and your loved ones through each step of the intake process, including screening, assessment and development of your individualized treatment plan.

Our dedicated admissions staff will discuss your situation with you in a confidential telephone or face-to-face interview. During this conversation, we will discuss what you can expect throughout treatment and the recovery process. We will also cover insurance verification and financial assessment, and answer any questions you may have. This initial conversation also helps to determine whether or not you may require medically-supervised detoxification.

Our team of board-certified psychiatrists, addictionologists, therapists, nurses and behavioral health technicians work together to provide you with compassionate care that is fully customized to address your unique treatment needs.

While most admissions are scheduled in advance, emergency admission services can also be arranged on an as-needed basis.

If you require detoxification services to ensure safe, effective withdrawal from drugs and alcohol, your journey will begin at Crossroads Detox where you will receive a thorough medical assessment to design your withdrawal management program, with an emphasis on effective medical monitoring, comfort and safety.
